Consistency is the key to results
One of the most common questions from a new client is: How long does it take to see results? Well that depends on a lot of things. Keep in mind that EveryBODY is different, goals are different, lifestyles are different, effort and ability is different, which means that results will be different. The quickest thing most notice when they start training is improvements in mood, energy levels, sleep and focus – and that can happen in as little as two weeks.
