Whether you’re new to the sport or a seasoned athlete get the training you need to improve your overall performance. We’ll cover all of the elements that lead to success at the finish line. I focus in depth on basic sprint mechanics for 100, 200, 400 and hurdles – all distances. Strong emphasis on block starts, drive phase and acceleration 1 & 2.
